Hi New folks from this 21st June 2014 :-)
This first thing to do is to look at week one of the 5 week's training, and adjust the notification settings for this site, so that you do not receive too many emails.
Then you might like to look at this overview of the basics, which was for some teacher training.
Hope you eventually add yourself to our "participants page"
Please feel free to give it a go! Nothing is reversible LOL
Don't hesitate to add any question to the Q&A page here.
On this page there are 3 short videos which
explain what is a connectivist MOOC aka cMOOC
And this is the introductory page to the DCMOOC
(Digital Citizenship) lead by Alec Couros
Here's the list of cMOOCs which Alec is trying to
update but rather by definition, cMOOCs are
difficult to keep track of. You hear about them
through twitter, Google+ and probably facebook
(though I avoid Facebook personally)
xMOOCs are courses proposed by Organisations
such as coursera, Udacity, FutureLearn and others
on the list on this page.
And finally, here is a list of Exercise making sites
Where you can find Kubbu, recommended by one
of the participants during the morning workshop
